Chickpea Pizza

You know how much I like chickpea flour. You couldn’t have missed that. So now I have this great recipe for a chickpea flour pizza crust, and I love it. I’ve missed pizza a little, being gluten-free, and the restaurant options are good fixes, but kind of expensive. Chickpea flour is super cheap, if you buy it at the right place, and this thing is made in a skillet. Couldn’t be easier. Let’s do this.
