This recipe comes from Ashley over at Edible Perspective. I plan to use sweet potatoes, instead of regular ones, because I’m not a huge fan of regular potatoes unless they’re mashed and doused in cream and butter. So.
Also, lime hollandaise made with avocado. This needs to be tried.
