tangerine sherbet

In some very cold month, like January, ice cream makers went on sale at Williams-Sonoma (and I mean, the prices PLUNGED), and we bought one. All last summer, basically every blog I followed kept posting ice cream and popsicles, and now, finally, I was on board. Of course, now no one is posting ice cream or popsicles, but that’s ok. Here’s the very first ice cream recipe I made in my new ice cream maker.

The best time to make this would probably have been in cold weather, when citrus is in season, but if you live in an area where citrus is good all year round, go for it now! Who wants ice cream in the cold, anyway?

You could also save the recipe. I did.
